Regular WOD Class - 45 minutes


This is what a typical class involves.

Warm Up: We start by taking you through a specific warm up routine that will get the blood pumping and a sweat on your brow, but more importantly, it will expose any difficulty you may have with some of the more basic movements.

Skills Coaching: This is when we get you familiar with the movements and lifts and where you learn how to exercise safely. Plus its a great opportunity to practice what you suck at.

Strength Building: Strength is the key to any fitness programme. Every time you come to one of these classes there will be some kind of strength component for you to do.

The Daily WOD: W.O.D = Workout Of the Day. This workout or WOD remains the same all day. The morning class will do exactly the same WOD as the evening class. When you arrive for your WOD you will be able to see the times that other members before you have achieved - and then you get a chance to beat them!

Cool Down and Stretch: Time to lengthen those muscles and wind down.
