Flipping tires, climbing ropes, swinging kettlebells and utilising your own bodyweight are but some of the methods we employ to help you achieve real world fitness. In other words, we help make your daily tasks easier by getting you stronger for them.
Instead of focusing on specifics, we train you in a holistic way, making sure you’re exposed to a versatile and well rounded regime of exercises, mobility and nutrition that will prepare you for the unexpected challenges we all face on a regular basis.
At MyCrossFit, we utilise a group coaching model where each session is like a P.T session and our small group classes allow you to have individualised coaching with a skilled professional trainer.
