Consistancy Before Intensity


The current beginners program runs over the course of a weekend. Saturday 10.30am to 12.30pm and Sunday 9am to 11am. They are run once a month and require advance bookings. These classes are required to then gain entry to the regular CrossFit classes.

Theys will teach you many of the basic foundational movements, as well as touch on some of the more technical ones required to form a solid base and to allow a seamless integration into the regular WOD classes where the concentration becomes more refinement of technique and development of athletic capacities.
