MyCrossFit is a family owned and operated CrossFit training gym right in the heart of Central Wellington.

We pride ourselves on knowing all our members by their first name and love the fact there are no contracts to sign, any joining fees or flashy thumbprint scanner machines.

In fact, our gym has no machines (or mirrors) at all. At MyCrossFit you’ll only find dumbbells, tires, climbing ropes, medicine balls, Kettlebells, free weights and gymnastic equipment. (watch a video of an actual class here)

What makes us different to every other gym is how YOU workout. MyCrossFit is a group training facility. We utilise a coaching model that provides you with a Personal Trainer every session.

We offer everyone a free introductory session. These are held daily during our regular WOD classes. Bring a mate and try it out for yourselves.

I have always been passionate about health and fitness.  Working in the industry as a Personal Trainer I was particularly aware of the importance of keeping active and eating well. 

When I was pregnant two years ago, I wanted to maintain my level of fitness as much as I could – not only for my own wellbeing and making me feel good about myself, but the benefits of 

exercising  through pregnancy are well documented for both the unborn child and the Mother.
